Buffers Alley Host ShedFest next weekend

One weeks to go to this year’s Shedfest which will be held on Sat. 2nd July in the Community Arena. Up to a thousand people attended last years event in what proved to be a fantastic night. This will be a fund raiser for the continued development of the Arena’s facilities which has been a terrific addition to the local amenities.

The Davitts will kick off the live music and they will be followed by Run for Cover who are back by popular demand and DJ Chris Parle will keep the floor rocking in a mega night’s entertainment.  BBQ, Pig Roast, Promotions, Late Bar and much more are lined up. The BBQ and “Pig Roast” will be served from 8.30 to 11.30 so get there early to avoid disappointment. The Bucking Bronco will return to exact revenge on the John Deere team of Peter Breen, MJ Stamp and Marty Stamp who are the reigning cowboy riders! A KDK taxi rank will also be in operation on the night.

It is hoped to have the Galway v Clare Qualifiers game screened live from the Shedfest.  Everyone is welcome to drop in on the way back from Limerick where Wexford are involved in the hurling qualifiers.  Good Luck to Ciarán, Willie and the Wexford boys.  Loch Garman Abú!

Tickets, priced at €20, are now available from club members and you can check out the Shedfest facebook page for the latest polls regarding entertainment on the night
