Wexford will play old rivals Offaly,in both the Allianz Hurling & Football Leagues this Sunday. The hurlers who play at home, are hoping to put their traumatic defeat in Belfast behind them and supporters are eagerly looking forward to seeing the shape of Liam Dunne’s selection – to be announced here later in the week. The game throws in at 2.30pm in Wexford Park on Sunday 11th March and with good weather forecast a big, vocal, home support is expected.
Meanwhile in football, Jason Ryan and crew are on the road and will play Offaly at 2.30pm in Tullamore on Sunday. The footballers following their demolition of Tipp last weekend are looking to build on their 4 points and put themselves in contention for promotion from Division 3. The football selection will be published here on Friday morning.
