Wexford Ladies Minor Football team began their Leinster A Championship with a two point win over Meath in Rathgurogue Cushinstown Saturday.
After trailing by four points at the interval it took Wexford only minutes to close within a point on the resumption. A Meath goal looked to have sealed the deal but two goals in two minutes through Noelene Shanahan and Sarah Banville won the game for the model county girls.#
