Crossabeg Ballymurn beat Glynn Barntown in the Greenstar Premier U21 final today it ended Crossabeg-Ballymurn 1-15 to 2-6 Glynn-Barntown.
Crossabeg Ballymurn scored a goal in the first minute through Ronan Devereux (minor next year). While county u21 stars Paudi Foley and Sam Kelly were outstanding, Kelly scoring a few beautiful points while Glynn had no answer for Paudi Foley at centre back.
The quality of the game was good and Glynn had a few players notably Rowan White who tried hard.
This Crossabeg Ballymurn team began at u10 in what was then Division 5 and have gone the whole way with a good club structure and very good coaching. Shows what can be done!
