Over 40 players called into new senior hurling development squad

Speaking in the ‘Wexford People’ newspaper recently, Senior Hurling boss, Liam Dunne outlined plans to put  in place a development squad, an approach with has been successfully used in other counties including Galway.

Dunne said  “We will have a development squad, comprising players eligible for Intermediate along with Under-21 players. This will help to keep everyone involved. We will be having games within the squad, and every player will have an opportunity to impress.”Halo tiles Wexford GAA centre of excellence
