Peter McNulty U-21 Football Tournament kicks off a great weekend of Wexford GAA Action

This Friday night kicks off the weekend of GAA Action with the Peter McNulty U-21 Football Tournament in Halo Tiles & Bathrooms Ferns Centre of Excellence where Wexford take on Kildare in Group B at 7:45pm

Peter McNulty who tragically passed away in 2010 was an attacking forward, who was a member of the Laois team that beat Dublin to win the All Ireland Minor Football Championship in 2003. He subsequently went on to represent Laois at Under 21 level, and captained the team who defeated Longford to win a Leinster Under 21 Football Championship in 2006. He was a Portlaoise Clubman, with whom he won Laois Senior Football Championships with in 2004, 2007, 2008 and 2009 and Leinster Club Senior Football Championships in 2004 and 2009.
