Wexford GAA clubs have shown their value to communities in recent weeks by supporting the elderly and vulnerable in their catchment areas. All clubs have also signed up to assisting with Wexford Council Council’s Community Resilience Emergency Plan for which further details will be circulated in the coming days.
Our Wellness Programme Sponsors, McCauley Health & Beauty Pharmacy have also launched a free local delivery service of medical prescriptions with priority given to COVID-19 and at risk patients to help and support our local communities during this stressful time.
To avail of this service customers need to download the McCauley app and register their account or alternatively call their local McCauleys store.
To do so complete the following steps:
– Download the McCauley App
– Register your account
– Upload your prescription
– Reduce your time in store and collect when ready or we can deliver to your home
Wexford GAA supporters are reminded to follow the Guidelines from the GAA and HSE in relation to the use of GAA Club Grounds and Social Distancing to prevent the spread of the disease. Yesterday Croke Park advised that all GAA Grounds including all club facilities would be closed until April 19th with the situation being review in advance of then.
